Flemington Academy, a charter school located on the campus of Boys & Girls Homes of North Carolina in Lake Waccamaw, is searching for Middle School Teachers in the fields of Social Studies/Science, Math, ELA AND for High School Teachers in the fields of Science and Math. Must have a BS, preferably with NC certification to teach in this subject. Student teaching experience preferable. Competitive salary and excellent benefits.

Job Opening: Foster Care Consultant, Raleigh-Durham Area

Boys and Girls Homes of North Carolina, Inc., is accepting applications for the position of Foster Care Consultant in the Raleigh-Durham area. This position requires a BSW. 3 years experience working with emotionally and behaviorally disturbed youths and their families. Experience in working with foster parents. MAPP certification; working with the State of NC. Must be able to demonstrate all the technical and program skills required of a foster parent. Advanced technical writing skills, treatment planning and behavior analysis skills required. Will be teaching MAPP-GPS throughout the year. Good driving record. Extended work hours are necessary on occasion. Must provide 24 hours accessibility, including weekends and holidays during assigned times (pager provided). On-call responsibilities may include being on-call to assigned foster parents, other program consultants and/or colleagues during their time off. Exempt salaried position. Job Opening: Therapeutic Foster Care Consultant

Qualifications: Preference is for someone in Pender/Onslow County due to caseload. This position requires a BSW or MSW. 2 years of direct supervision from a QP in mental health or substance abuse populations. Experience working with therapeutic foster parents.
