“What Does God Want Me To Learn Today?”

Bible at the alter of Leamon Rogers Memorial ChapelOne question you should ask yourself everyday is “What does God want me to learn today?”

Everyday God wants us to learn something, whether that be patience, active listening, showing love, or having trust in someone. God always has a lesson for us to learn.

Sometimes these lessons come with the toughest battles. How we react during these battles determines the outcomes. Now, there are times that we don’t get to choose the battles we walk into.

The battles we face help us become the person that we are today. Everyone has a past no matter the battles we have faced.  Within these battles, we meet people that help us see the light in the darkest days.

Here at B&GH, each staff helps each child overcome and see the light within these darkest of days. You have to believe that you will get through anything.

Sometimes God has someone come into your life just to be there and believe in you when you don’t believe in yourself. Other times, you just need someone to be there and listen. Someone you can trust and help you keep a positive outlook on things.

Life is all about how you handle the toughest battles that come your way. That’s one way God tests you, to see if you are ready for the next challenge that may come your way. You can either face these challenges head on with God on your side or flee it. During these moments you should ask yourself what does God want me to learn.

All kinds of things happen in this world. Have faith and believe that God has a plan and a purpose for you. God always gives his toughest battles to the strongest people. Really listening and understanding what God wants you to learn can help you overcome anything. So have faith and believe that God has a plan for you.

And remember to ask yourself “What does God want me to learn today?”
